Evening light at the Hohe Winde (1'204 m/3'950 ft). The low sun illuminated the Alps, which are about 100 kilometres (62 miles) away, beautifully.
I was on my way to the Hofstetter Bergmatte to take a sunset shot. To get there I had to cut across the Chälengrabenschlucht. When I saw the creek running through the valley I stopped and took a picture. It's only water, rocks and a bit of moss, it seems as if „no life“ could grow there. If you look closely you can see a tiny green plant.
