The Quest For A Decent View

Where should I take the sunset picture? The vista to the west didn't look promising. A big mountain blocked the view entirely. This meant I wouldn't be able to have the sun in the shot. To get a good overview, I ran up a mountain to the north. I descended then, and decided to try my luck on the Sunnenchamm, a small hill a bit north to the mountain lake Ober Murgsee (1'820 m/5'971 ft). Unfortunately there's no path up that hill and I had to hike cross country. The view was nice and I could even use some scattered rocks as a foreground interest. What I like best about this image are the two sunlit mountain peaks. That moment only lasted about ten seconds. Then it was gone.
